Where an individual consumer has a mandatory cooling-off right for an online purchase, Nexora will honour it. Some legal exceptions may apply, including to certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken. Nexora will not rely on an exception unless it applies to the product, packaging, circumstances and governing law.
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory remedies for products that are faulty, damaged, not as described, incorrect or not delivered. Contact info@nexorabiolab.com promptly with the order number, a description of the issue and, where relevant, clear photographs. A short reporting request does not reduce any longer statutory period that applies.
Cancellation and refund requests are placed into a protected review queue. Nexora checks the buyer type, delivery country, order stage, product seal, evidence and applicable mandatory rights before confirming the available remedy. Approved refunds are returned through the appropriate payment route; bank-transfer and cryptocurrency refunds may require additional account or wallet verification.
