How we pack, dispatch and deliver verified research orders.

Stock is reserved when an eligible order is placed. Bank-transfer orders are released for packing only after cleared funds have been matched to the order reference. We aim to pack accepted orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Dispatch and tracking emails are sent when carrier details are recorded.
UK orders are fulfilled from UK stock and shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery costs £10 and is free when the product subtotal is £200 or more. The checkout total shows the applicable complete amount before the order is placed.
EU orders are fulfilled from German stock and sent by a tracked carrier. Delivery costs €9.95 and is free when the product subtotal is €250 or more. Prices are intended to include destination VAT where applicable; the EU storefront will remain unavailable until the VAT/OSS arrangement and destination rates have been professionally confirmed and activated.
Only supported UK and EU delivery countries shown at checkout are served. Indicative delivery is usually 1 to 3 business days in the UK and 3 to 7 business days within the EU after dispatch, but these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. Weekends, holidays, carrier disruption, address checks and compliance review may affect delivery.
Orders use plain protective outer packaging. Products must be stored and handled in accordance with the label and accompanying research information. No returned research material is placed back into saleable stock.
UK orders remain within the UK and EU orders are intended to remain within the EU fulfilment route. Nexora may refuse a destination or product where supply, transport or import appears restricted. If an exceptional order could create an import charge, that treatment must be disclosed before the customer places it.
Check the address carefully before ordering. If an order is delayed, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or shown as delivered but missing, contact info@nexorabiolab.com promptly with the order number and relevant evidence. Nothing here limits a mandatory consumer remedy.
